Mission Statement

The Undergraduate Education, Student Affairs and Student Services Center (USS) at Tufts University provides a coordinated and comprehensive network of academic, administrative and support services. We, the USS staff, are dedicated to creating and maintaining a holistic, responsive, student-focused environment that meets the diverse needs of the Tufts community.

Through proactive outreach to students and families, increased access to information, and the accessibility and availability of our services, we enhance opportunities for student success.

We strive to continually improve services by integrating people, processes, and technology in the best interest of students and educational priorities, as measured by ongoing evaluation and input from students, faculty and staff. By fostering a welcoming, respectful and collaborative environment, we guide and prepare students to become responsible, active citizens in an increasingly complex world.
