Writing Resources

Teaching Resources

Our programs are designed to initiate conversations about writing beyond the classroom and provide the resources our students and faculty need to improve the quality of writing across the curriculum. For faculty and teaching assistants, we offer:

  • training on how to prevent plagiarism and respond to academic dishonesty
  • workshops and one-on-one consultations for faculty who wish to incorporate more writing in their courses, grade papers more effectively, or design writing and research assignments.
  • the Writing Fellows program, which matches trained undergraduate peer writing tutors to writing-intensive courses
  • in-class workshops presented by writing and public speaking consultants

To discuss possible faculty consultations, writing or public speaking workshops, the Writing Fellows program, or other writing-related initiatives, please contact Kristina Aikens, Associate Director of the ARC, at Kristina.Aikens@tufts.edu.
