  Your first contact should be the specialists in Student Services who are trained to answer any questions you may have about financial aid and billing issues.  If they can not answer your question, or if you simply wish to speak to an aid Counselor directly,  your call or email will be forwarded.  Each student has a counselor assigned to her or him, and assignment is based on alphabetical order, by student's last name:  A-E, Amy Piantedosi;  F-L, Laura Ortiz;  M-Q, Ilene Coddon,  R-Z, Albert Mangini and all Graduates, Sheila Hoffstedt.  Drop - In hours are Thursdays from 2 to 5 p.m.  Come visit us.
