Congratulations!  You have taken the first step of the application process for medical, dental and veterinary school. You can expect frequent emails from me with reminders, tips, general information, etc. over the coming year. Here is where we start:

1 – The Dowling Front Desk staff answers questions about the content of your file.
All questions about the content of your file: do you have my registration sheet? What letters are in my file? Did you get my resume? should be addressed to them at 617-627-2000.  Please call rather than emailing those questions.

2 – What email address will you be using in August?
On the registration form we asked for your permanent email that you use 12 months of the year. Yet we see that many seniors put their Tufts email address. Your Tufts email address will expire in the summer/fall after you graduate. We will try to send a reminder in late summer, but you may want to change your email address with us now so you are sure to get all our messages throughout this entire process.

3 – Please tell your friends about HPRC registration
All current students should know about our deadline. If you have friends who are applying to med, dent or vet school in this coming cycle, please help us and them by urging them to register ASAP.


BEAR WITH US THIS YEAR.

There is no longer a staff person dedicated to managing the HPRC process and administrative work. Pam Cerullo did this last year but she took another job. We were not allowed to fill her position. Hence a number of people are working on this process and trying to provide the same level of service as we have in the past.

You can help us and yourself by
*READING all these emails, the handbook, and all instructions from the application services.
*CALLING 617-627-2000 when you have questions about file content.
*EMAILING the general hprc@ase.tufts.edu mailbox to ask or report other matters. A number of people access that email box and we will answer your questions as quickly as possible.
