Resource 25 is the centralized room reservation system for Tufts University Medford Campus. This electronic request form is available 24/7 and your request will be processed within 2 business days. Most are processed within 4 hours. Visit the R25 WebViewer to view the Medford campus event calendar, check room availability and to make your reservation requests!

• Make room RESERVATION.
• To request an R25 User Name and password, complete the online request form.
  Note: R25 usernames and passwords are only issued to Tufts faculty, staff, and TCU-recognized student organizations

• R25 Scheduling Policy

• To cancel a request or reservation for space: reply to the ‘Event Request Received’ or ‘Event Confirmation’ email noting to cancel.

• Request a classroom/course change.
• Space availability can be viewed on the R25 WebViewer.
• R25 Spaces: a list of spaces and additional information for all spaces reserved via R25.
• Not R25 Spaces: a list of spaces and scheduler contact information for spaces not reserved via R25.
• Help: a brief  tutorial on using the Resource 25 (R25) room reservation WebViewer.
• Classroom Connection lists technology (PC, DVD, LCD projector etc.) in each space; powered by ITS.
• To view a map of  the Medford/Somerville Campus Buildings with Wireless Internet Access.
• To view the Tufts Medford/Somerville campus parking map.
• To view the Tufts Medford/Somerville campus access map.

Event Registration

Certain spaces on campus require approval from the Event Registration Committee. This committee meets every Friday during the academic year in the Mayer Campus Center from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM.
