Event Registration
The following spaces and events require approval from the
Event Registration Committee: Dewick, Hotung, The
Residential Quad, The Academic Quad, certain Cohen
Events, the Tisch Roof, the Tisch Patio, the Campus
Center upper patio, the Campus Center lower patio,
certain events in the Remis Sculpture court, certain
events in Sophia, events that request many campus
locations and will be inviting outside groups or
conferences (and other spaces or events as the committee
may determine). If you have a question if your event
must conform to the event registration guideline, please
contact
reservations2@ase.tufts.edu.
The Event Registration Committee meets every
Friday during the academic year in the Mayer Campus Center room 112 from 10.00 AM
to 11:30 AM. Requests for these spaces MUST be
received 3 weeks in advanced. Upon receipt of your
request, you will be scheduled for one of these
meetings. Either you or a member of your group must
attend. Failure to attend this scheduled meeting could
result in denial of your request.
NOTE: For any event to be approved, all groups
must download the
Event
Planning Worksheet, complete it and bring it to the
event registration meeting.
