In order for us to protect your right to privacy and in order for us to be in compliance with the Federally mandated 1974 Family Rights and Privacy Act we must maintain a current original handwritten signature before we may release a transcript to any third party.

Request a Transcript Online

To order an official transcript online, please log into iSIS by going to :

Once logged in, go to Requests and then select Official Transcript.
Only students who have graduated since 2006 can order their transcripts online. All others should submit a paper transcript request form to Student Services.

When ordering an official transcript you can order up to 10 copies of the transcript(s) you would like to a single location. To send your transcripts to multiple locations you will have to request them each individually. A maximum of 50 transcripts is allowed per day.

Official transcripts are free of charge. To have a transcript sent express mail, a paper transcript request form should be submitted along with a prepaid express mail envelope.

Transcripts ordered before 3:00 a.m. will be printed within 24 hours. If transcripts are ordered after 3:00 a.m. it will take an additional business day for processing. Transcripts ordered before 3:00 a.m. can be picked up the next business day after 1:00 p.m. or mailed via US mail.

Request a Transcript in Person

Transcript request forms are available at the Student Services Desk in Dowling Hall. Your request will be processed in the order in which it is received. Normally, a request will be processed within two working days but may take up to a maximum of five days during peak periods (January & February).
After you have placed your request you may return to retrieve it or have it mailed directly to you at your local address or whatever address(es) you choose. Also, you may place your order in advance and request that it be held until the end of term grades are posted.
Release of transcripts/grade reports will be given only to the student with the presentation of a valid picture ID.

Your request will be processed within five business days from the day it arrives in our office. You should plan on a total of 10 days to allow for regular first class postage delivery time (door to door).

We will make our best effort to process your request in the shortest time possible. Unfortunately, we cannot accept facsimile requests for transcripts as they are not legal tenders in the State of Massachusetts.
It is always to your advantage to plan ahead and send your request to us as soon as possible. Should an emergency arise and you need a copy of your transcript forwarded, you can use any one of the overnight mail services to send us your written request. We would be happy to return the transcript to your designated destination in the same fashion if you include a prepaid return envelope.
