Q. How do I request a transcript?
A. There are three ways to order an official transcript: online, in person, or by mail. Specific instructions on how to request official transcripts can be found at: http://uss.tufts.edu/registrar/registrar_transcripts.asp

Q. How do I verify my child is a full time student for insurance/scholarship purposes?
A. Students can request an Enrollment Verification letter from the University by logging into their WebCenter account at http://studentservices.tufts.edu/webcenter . The letter can be mailed to an address of their choice or they can pick it up at the Student Services Center in Dowling Hall the next business day.

Q. What is SIS online, and what do I use it for?
A. SIS On-line is a website for students to look up grades, view transcript information, schedules, financial aid requirements, check account balances and change address information. The SIS is a service provided to students of the undergraduate and graduate schools of Arts & Sciences and Nutrition, Science and Policy.

Q. How do I change my address?
A. Using SIS On-line, you can view all of your information and make modifications to your local and permanent address. If you prefer to do it in person, please come to the Student Services Desk to update your account. You can also email a request to studentservices@tufts.edu from your Tufts Email account.

Q. How do I apply for financial aid?
A. Please go to the financial aid website for all instructions on how to apply for financial aid. The website is - http://uss.tufts.edu/finaid/apply/

Q. How do I take a leave of absence?
A. You must fill out a Leave of Absence form. This process is now available on WebCenter. Please go to https://webcenter.studentservices.tufts.edu and select “Leave of Absence” from the menu. All instructions and forms can be found on this website.

Q. Are my Transfer of Credits updated?
A. If you have submitted transfer of credit requests, you can view the status of your request on WebCenter. If you have further questions, please contact the Student Services Center at 617-627-2000.

Q. What is e-bill and how do I sign up?
A. Tufts University is now using electronic billing. You must enroll in the eBill service in order to receive and review your bill online. We are no longer mailing out paper bills. You will receive emails indicating that your bill is ready to be reviewed. This new service also allows for you to pay your bill with an electronic check payment. Please sign up at: http://go.tufts.edu/ebill

Q. How do I apply for a refund?
A. You may apply for a refund online via Webcenter at https://webcenter.studentservices.tufts.edu. If you are seeking a refund made payable to a 3rd party, you must submit a signed Refund Request Form to the Student Services Center in Dowling Hall.
