USS at Tufts University
provides a coordinated and comprehensive network of academic, administrative
and support services that serve both
undergraduate and graduate students.
Undergraduate Education
Under the umbrella of Undergraduate Education reside
a large number of the services and departments that help
define the university experience: Academic Advising,
Pre-professional advising, the Academic Resource Center,
Athletics, Programs Abroad, among other things. Through
proactive outreach to students and families, increased
access to information, and the accessibility and
availability of our services, we enhance opportunities
for student success.

Student Affairs
The Division of Student Affairs acts as the principal
advocate for Tufts students and for campus life.
Overseen by the Office of the Dean of Student Affairs,
the Division serves both the undergraduate and graduate
student population in the schools of Arts & Science and
Engineering.
The primary goal of the Division is to help all students
feel welcome and safe at the university while helping
them take advantage of the rich opportunities and
resources available at Tufts. Campus-wide departments
foster and facilitate co-curricular activities and
support systems.
